Imagine my surprise when after 2 months and $500 I got my head back and it looked like this. I got most of my money back, but it cost me another $500 to fix the fuckup. Don't ever use Kendricks Automotive in San Antonio Texas!

At first glance it doesn't look too bad	Rough head surface is noticable now	Gee, is that a huge dent in the head? I doubt I would have had good HG seating.	Paid $100 for head cleaning, but it isn't even clean. Make sense to anyone?
I could have cleaned it better with some Castrol Super Clean and some brake parts cleaner	more carbon	more carbon	somewhat clean area
somewhat clean area	somewhat clean area	Only thing that looked decent was the helicoils on the exhaust manifold studs	And this is the worst part. I get the valve shims back uninstalled and totally OUT OF ORDER! That was about $300 of the $500 to fix.
